Sophia is a courtesy listing because her current caregiver needs to find her a new home. Please understand that the process for adopting a courtesy listing is different from our normal adoption process due to the pet not being in our care.  Since Sophia is not in our care we can't confirm, although we require, that courtesy pets must be current on all vaccines, and spayed or neutered prior to Pet Angels listing the pet as a courtesy.   

Sophia is a very sweet dog that would love a family of her own.  She loves her doggie friends but can be a bit bossy and would do best in a home with a submissive male dog.  Her caregiver has been working with her on leash manners and she is crate trained.  Sophia will need additional house training and someone to teach her basic commands.  She is self entreating and would do fine as an only dog for a person or family.  Sophia is a working breed and will need to have an active life with daily walks.   

Sophia will receive her age appropriate vaccinations and be brought up to date with rabies (4 m & older), heartworm tested (4 m & older) and/or started on prevention, basic dewormer, spayed and microchipped by 24Petwatch with free registration that also comes with 30 days of free 24Petwatch Pet Insurance  prior to adoption.
